Robert Earl Keen, Ray Wylie Hubbard and Bill Kirchen Join Old Settler’s Music Festival Lineup

A bluegrass pickin’ Robert Earl Keen, “snake farmer” Ray Wylie Hubbard and telecaster titan Bill Kirchen are among the latest names added to the talent roster for the 28th Annual Old Settler’s Music Festival held Thursday-Sunday, April 16-19 at the Salt Lick Pavilion & Camp Ben McCulloch, just outside of Austin in Driftwood, Texas. Also joining the lineup are Americana darlings The Black Lillies, real deal cajun band The Lost Bayou Ramblers and Austin soul band Roxy Roca. And the lineup isn’t finished yet!

For Robert Earl Keen, the road may go on forever but it had to begin somewhere. That starting point is bluegrass — he grew up listening to it and pays homage on his new record “Happy Prisoner” available February 10th. Of course, Robert will play his classics, too. Ray Wylie Hubbard will also have new material out this spring. We’ve wanted to treat you to Bill Kirchen’s amazing version of “Hot Rod Lincoln” for awhile, and our chance has finally come.

A variety of discounted 3 & 4 day packages as well as single day wristbands are on sale now. But we must tell you, we have a limited amount of discounted packages available. And when they’re gone, they’re gone. Get your tickets here.
