Lawrence Jolly generously donated his artwork as the commissioned poster artist for WinterFest 2020.

In Santa Claws old St. Nick is depicted as a musically gifting Armadillo spreading tunes and good cheer behind a hard charging red-nosed Longhorn. While the original painting is sold, prints are available on canvas or giclée paper. 20% of all print proceeds go to Old Settler's Music Festival. Order prints in various sizes at Lawrence Jolly Fine Art.

holiday celebration and fundraiser.

What an unforgettable experience! It was exhilarating bringing the spirit and vibe of Old Settler’s straight to your living room, no matter where that may be. It was exciting to have Billboard.com list the Old Settler's Music Festival WinterFest 2020 as one of the top live streams and virtual concerts to attend the week of the festival. And, it was especially heartwarming to gather our tribe together again!

The two hour live stream, filled with amazing performances from festival favorites, singer songwriters, Grammy award winning artists, and musical masters feels like home and the show honors campground traditions with a mix of picking circles sprinkled throughout. Hosted by, the festival’s lord high admiral of revelry (as described by Austin Chronicle’s Kevin Curtin), Shinyribs’ Kevin Russell celebrates the love, joy, and community that is Old Settler’s Music Festival.

Billboard.com was spot on. The show is incredible. It's a feel good, memory maker; an absolutely must see.

In keeping with the Old Settler’s tradition of sharing the love, we’ve included the Virtual WinterFest 2020 video here on our website for all to experience. We hope you enjoy the show.

The fundraising goal for our holiday celebration is to cover the cost of the production and then share proceeds with the musicians who donated their time and amazing talent. Donations to date have almost covered the production cost.

If you are able and would like to share the love, please make a donation through PayPal. Old Settler’s Music Festival is a 501(c)3 organization and donations are tax deductible. With your help, we can reach our goal.

Help the Vibe Survive

So many of Austin beloved venues, establishments and traditions are disappearing. We can’t let that happen to Old Settler’s. With your help, together we can save this one-of-a-kind, 33-year tradition.

The Official 2020 Ticket Exchange

While we are heartbroken that we couldn’t be together last April, we are excited to announce that Old Settler’s Music Festival is partnering with LYTE to provide options to our 2020 Ticket Holders.
